New England's AI provides on-premise AI systems, operational monitoring, and alerting services to businesses and professional practices, including medical, dental, legal, and trade businesses. Specific services, pricing, and obligations are set out in each client's written service agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
Program description: When you provide your mobile phone number during client onboarding and consent to receive text messages, we may send you SMS messages related to the operation of your service. These include alerts when a monitored system goes offline, prompts to activate backup processing, and confirmations when backup processing is turned on or off.
How to opt in: Designated staff opt in by providing their mobile number and consenting to receive operational text messages during client onboarding. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on system activity. Most clients receive fewer than ten messages per month. Messages are sent only in response to operational events or your own replies.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges may apply to messages sent and received. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
How to opt out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further SMS messages from us unless you opt in again by replying START or contacting us.

Alerts and backup processing are tools to support your operations; final decisions about clinical, legal, or business matters remain yours.
All content on newenglandsai.com and all software, systems, and materials we provide remain the property of New England's AI or its licensors, except as expressly granted in a written service agreement.
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered without delay or that monitoring will detect every outage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, except as expressly stated in a written service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New England's AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including delayed or undelivered messages. Our total liability for any claim is limited as set out in your service agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
